For BE Courses Students are admitted to BE courses on the basis of their performance in pre-engineering test (PEPT) through the distributive on line counseling conducted by R.G.P.V.,Bhopal (M.P.). If any seats remain vacant after counseling then they may be filled on the merit basis of 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics through subsequent counseling conducted by R.G.P.V.,Bhopal. Diploma/B.Sc. degree holders are eligible for admission to BE III semester (2nd year of the 4 year course) on the basis of their merit marks in the Diploma/B.Sc. examination. 10% of total seats in each branch are available for Diploma/ B.Sc. degree holders. These seats are filled through counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal (M.P.) For MBA Course Students are admitted to MBA course on the basis of their performance in Management Entrance Test (MET) through counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) , Bhopal ( M.P.). If any seats remain vacant after counseling then they may be filled on the merit basis of Graduation examination through subsequent counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education. M.P. For MCA Course Students are admitted to MCA course on the basis of their performance in Pre-MCA Test through counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) , Bhopal ( M.P.). If any seats remain vacant after counseling, then they may be filled on the merit basis of Graduation examination through subsequent counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education. M.P. Late Fee Late fee will be charged at Rs. 25 per day, subject to a maximum of Rs. 500 upto one month .For more than one month's delay, Rs. 1000 will be a charged up to three months. After three months Rs. 2000 will be charged up to six months. If the delay exceeds six months, action will be initiated as per University rules. Refund of Fee If the admission is cancelled by the counseling authority then fee will be refunded as per rules. Scholarships Institution provides scholarships to meritorious students. Scholarships to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward classes are also available to eligible students by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Students seeking admission in the above categories of SC, ST and OBC have to pay college fee in full for the first time. Then subsequently their fee will be adjusted from their scholarships. Educational Loan The institution provides assistance to students for getting educational loan from all Nationalized Banks.
